I LIVE!!! Had an extremely busy last-half of a year and start to this year with moving out again and getting settled in my new home and...procrastinating, yes, as well as being spoiled by deviantArt. Naturally as soon as I started my new job I decided to overhaul this much-neglected site. GundamW is being taken out of the spotlight with Transformers taking its place. The GundamW fanfic will be placed in an archive much like the HoND fic has been. Fanart shall be shuffled over to Flight of Soul, which will also undergo some work.

There's plenty to be done, so STAY TUNED!

I can't believe I didn't mention in my last update how AWESOME the Transformers movie is!! I've seen it five times and in my mind it IS the new continuity. =) Love it love it love it! Inspiration is abound so two new fics are up in Level 5. I also rearranged the order of the list and removed anything that isn't currently complete. While I still have plans for fanfic, I'll hold off announcing it until it is actually finished. :P

Three new fics up over at Level Five with a compilation of drabbles on the way! There's A Fine Line Between professions in regard to Rattlelatch and Swindle, Camaraderie shows what happens when a Cassettobot walks into a bar, and Spotlight: Tracks tells the events of a recon mission gone wrong.

Today marks TEN YEARS of The Storyteller's Corner! =D And while I'm phasing in the title of TSC SubBasement to encompass the entire site, it represents the same as it's been over the past decade: Fanfic, mediocre art, and procrastination! XD Yeah, I don't mind making fun of myself for all the things I've said I would do here and didn't get a chance. But it's still my little home on the 'Net and I'm glad to have had the opportunity to accomplish as much as I have. =)

Naturally, I don't have much to offer to commemorate the occasion. Level Five sees the addition of a whole bunch of TF fic I've written over the last couple of months including the Prologue and Chapter One of Small Heroics initially inspired by the January fanfic challenge at the Allspark but took on a life of its own, so I'm continung it beyond the challenge entry (what is currently the Prologue). Also a little update of my page

Rather than make any promises, over time I'll be adjusting things around the site. The TF section needs its link spread around, and speaking of links, I desperately need to update that page. o_O So as time permits, things will get tweaked (which, of course, would be the norm here).

Slowly getting back into things. I'm adapting to a new computer and the programs are all different, so it's taken a while and some improvising. There are two new fanfics in Level 5 both inspired by Halloween: Speed Bumps In The Night and Leanan Sidhe.

I have moved back to NY to help my parents with some things so of course I'm still busy (cleaning out a house. Oh joyous funness) and I'm probably looking to have around 40 hours a week at my job -- back at the same store as before, but in a different department. I have plenty of other Transformers things in the works and at some point I want to give the site an overhaul to integrate Level 5 better. But we'll see. I don't make promises on this stuff anymore because every time I do, I end up unable to complete it. :P

In the process of tweaking things around the site. Working on replacing the guestbook since the old one is defunct. I'm also going to make a seperate Transformers section. Not sure how much I will accomplish in the next week since my roommates and I are moving out of state next Thursday. Since I don't have a new job lined up, I hope to have some time once we get settled in at the new place. I've neglected this place and FoS for FAR too long...

*Sigh* I'm pathetic. With everything going on at work, I forgot about the SubBasement's birthday. -_- In lieu of a present to the site, I redid the main index, which I think will be temporary until I can draw something better, because let's be honest here...My previous pics of Quatre and Chibodee suck. >_< At least Straya's pic of Jehan gives it some redeeming value. :D I'm not completely happy with it, so I'll tweak it all when...I have free time. Yeah. Wheeee!

Happy Birthday, TSC!!! The Storyteller's Corner is eight years old! Huzzah! Unfortunately, I haven't completed anything in time for this b-day "update". I suppose I should get to work now if I expect to have something really tremendous ready in time for the big 1-0. ;*P~

Y'know, I really have to stop saying, "Oh, and I'm going to be rip-roarin' away on this new one next!!" because I...never manage to actually do such. XP RL always has other plans. :P Been busy with work, and I'm also preparing to move out. The change in atmosphere and stress level might help take the stagnation out of this site and FoS. ^_^;;

It's been, what, like two years since I actually had a chapter to post? ...And, erm..believe me...it shows. >_< But bear with me here, I'll really get rolling on subsequent chapters of Two, of Diamonds, my first G Gundam fic, which has turned out to also be something of an homage to my HoND fic. ^_^;

Welcome to TSC SubBasement, Version Maguanac! I'm back to working on GundamW fanfic, and I've even got a little of my old Disney mood in the mix, and while I highly doubt I'll write more HoND fic, there's always a chance for more artwork. Any art, though, will likely be posted at Flight of Soul.

Changes:
New image on Blond Over Blue.
New image on A Minor Variation.
New SD Shiri on my page.
Removed three images from aforementioned shrines, as the art was too old and very crappy. I hope to replace more images with better ones as time goes on.

Otherwise, I've merely given the SubBasement a layout makeover, and this time around I hope to get more AU Gundam info and art posted. Who knows when or if Bandai will bring Gundam X over, and I think it deserves a few more good fansites. ;_;

Erm, and, I had to get a whole new guestbook...So if y'all are returning visitors, please feel free to sign in again. ^_^;;

There might be some glitches here and there, however, and if you have any problems viewing any of the images, broken links, or if anything looks like it really isn't lined up correctly, I would greatly appreciate if you let me know so I can fix it! ^_^
