Gender:
Female
Clothing:
Usually dark and of Italian styles
Most often a flattering combination of fitted and draped.
Personality:
Gia has cultivated a sort of a mystique about herself, as stylish singers often do. She always seems to be in full control of herself, mostly because her words and movements are carefully considered, a habit learned in Italy which serves her well. She is well aware of her effect on men.
Like many performers, there are essentially two of her, both strongly magnetic. Her stage self, which is used for performing, extends to those times that may be termed "public appearances," which of course is simply a different sort of stage. In these conditions her mystique comes into play, and she is gracious but slightly reserved, potentially expansive but usually tending to the inscruitable.
When "offstage" in every respect, her self-consciousness only manifests itself if she is unsure about something, and then she retreats into her mystique for a moment. Aside from that, her natural self is talkative and playful, sexually aggressive when interested, gregarious when among friends, and ready to either laugh or console at a moment's notice.
Skills:
Singer (lyric mezzo-soprano)
Speaks Italian and French fluently, and also a little Spanish and German.
Though it doesn't suit her public persona and therefore she doesn't often mention it, she has a full compliment of domestic skills, from sewing (how do you think her clothes are always perfect, and perfect on her, even far from her tailor?) to cooking (pray she makes you a meal) to milking goats and tending a garden.
Hobbies/Habits:
She spends most of her time performing or honing her skills, or enjoying other people's performances or the company of friends.
Faults:
She tends to be oversensitive (as so many performers are), taking any slight as a mortal wound to her ego. In spite of her self-possessed appearance, she is terribly dependent on other people's opinions for her own self-worth.
